Retreat Weekend Schedule

Friday - arrival from 4pm
5-6.30 - Ease into the weekend with vinyasa yoga flow practice
6.30pm - Dinner
8.30pm - Opening circle/ labyrinth walk

8am – Guided morning meditation
9am - Breakfast
10am-1pm - Discussion leading into morning yoga practice
1pm - Lunch
2pm-4pm - Free time to relax in beautiful grounds, massage therapies to book, hot tub or outdoor pool
4pm-6pm  - Evening restorative yoga and yoga nidra
6pm -  Dinner
7.30pm - Evening discussion & fire pit

8am - Morning Cacao Meditation
9am - Breakfast
10am - 1pm - Hike followed by morning yoga practice
1pm -  Lunch
2-3pm - Closing circle and goodbyes
