Pricing

Private class is £45 per hour / £55 for an hour and a half.

Located at Central Wellness Yoga Studio or if you prefer I can come to your home, depending on travel time.

One to one or small groups are customised to support and work together including individually paced breathing, movement and relaxation.

Yoga Classes
