The stresses and fast pace of life can effect how energy flows freely through us and how this in turn can effect all aspects of ourselves from our physical and mental wellbeing to our creative self and our connection to others. The chakras and prana are all about our life force ~ our vital energy ~ and just as we work on our physical health, we also need to keep our energetic health in mind.
This workshop focuses on the chakra system which are the energy centres within the subtle energy body that correspond within areas of the physical body. Moving through a vinyasa flow and ending in deep relaxation and a Chakra Meditation method, Bhuta Shuddhi. Working directly through the use of the bija (seed) mantras of the chakras, exploring each which embodies a colour, sound, vibration and element.
