Cultivating the Witness

Saturday 4th February 9am  to 12 noon

This workshop focuses on the practices of yoga, asana (movement), pranayama, (Breathwork) and meditation to free us from the attachments of the mind.

The witness is your awareness of your own thoughts, feelings, and emotions. The witnessing is like waking up in the morning and then looking in the mirror and noticing yourself — not judging or criticizing, just neutrally observing the quality of being awake

To shift your inner dialogue and awaken your intuitive mind, the workshop will be split between movement and seated meditation practice.
