Series of Three Classes
Monday the 4th, 11th & 18th January 2016 7-8.30pm
A set of three informative, introductory yoga classes, especially designed for those new to yoga.
Introducing the basic elements of yoga, while emphasising alignment principles, proper breathing, and the development of the mind, body connection.
These will be gently paced classes and will include both discussion and practice. The idea is the knowledge and confidence gained during these practices will allow you to safely move to a class.
Pre-registration required as small group numbers.
£25 for all 3 classes, mats and other equipment needed can be provided.
