In this peaceful evening restorative yoga workshop, you will soothe your nervous system and gently find your way back into your body, becoming grounded in your present experience.
Restorative Yoga is about moving into a state of ease and being, and away from the normal activity of the body and mind. Stress has become an expected part of our lives, and rest is the opposite of stress.
Restorative Yoga creates spaciousness and a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation.
