Due to the bank holiday I have decided to resume classes from Thursday 3rd September
While away I enjoyed being a student in many yoga classes, with some inspiring practices from strong Ashtanga vinyasa to restorative and meditation. Many moments I was reminded of my reflections of watching my children. It is such fun to be the student, to try new teachers and classes. In the moments when attempting a challenging variation of an arm balance or to be present in meditation, I tried not dwelling on what I couldn't do but what I have right now, to stay present, accept where I am in that moment
