Unwinding Patterns of Tension From the Body and Mind
This evening workshop will be a chance to unwind tension patterns from your body and mind. Beginning with a mindful meditation to bring awareness inwards to where we unconsciously hold ourselves with the focus of the practice being on releasing common tension patterns in areas such as the neck, shoulders and hips.
A short gentle flow to release the body, combined with restorative sequence to leave your mind in a state of release to match your body.
