An Evening Workshop
It is a fact of life that most of us live such busy, pressured lives that at the end of the day we don't know how to step off the trend mill, slow down and relax.
This workshops combines gentle opening stretches, restorative yoga, pranayama, (breathwork), Self Myofascial Massage and meditation to give you a number of tools to help induce restful sleep, a calm focused mind and relaxed body, all of which give you more energy and fulfilment.
